- Ownership of the marketing budget . Responsible for consumer understanding, brand positioning, communication strategy, creation of communications materials, admission counselor training, customer relationship management and school ambience.
- Identity target markets post detailed market research and devise lead generation mechanisms to ensure a productive sales pipeline. Harness the potential of digital marketing strategy to ensure generation of quality leads
- Co-create and execute promotion activities in conjunction with Business Managers and school admissions teams in order to drive walk-ins.
- Develop adequate and skilled talent pool of admission counsellors at the campuses and devise appropriate sales incentives to enhance the conversion of footfalls to admissions.
- Facilitate uniform & high level of customer experience at the campuses through formulation of SOPs across campuses.
Required Candidate profile
- 20 plus years' experience in B2C sales & marketing
- Implementation of digital marketing strategies
- Team management experience
- Experience in real estate sector, HNI investment or other high ticket value transactions in B2C space
