Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Role:

- Generation of Informatory Reports for decision making

- Prioritization of issues that need to be presented to the executive

- Preparation of executive summaries of meeting and proposals

- Follow up on Project progress/other issues

- Coordination with field teams on regular basis

- Integration of various reports to present a snapshot to the team

- Ensuring seamless execution of projects

- Anticipating requirements & updating the team with relevant information

Non Administrative Role:

- Develop good understanding of business

- Analyzing competition and market trends

- Evaluating business performance

- Helping to gather market information

- Spearheading initiatives across the functions

- Providing strategic inputs to the team


- Detail oriented

- Strong verbal & written communication skills

- Project management

- Sound knowledge of MS-Office

- Business acumen good understanding of agri-based industry
