Business Manager Contract Staffing


Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and management
o Manage a client base across industries
o Manage key-accounts by maintaining a strong relationship with the clients
o Drive Revenue targets with providing service delivery to existing & new clients
o Industry mapping and networking
Contract Staffing delivery
o Lead the delivery as per the client SLAs
o Mentor the staffing team
o Constantly improve Turn around time and service quality for self and team
Administration and Reporting
o Prepare monthly business planning report
o Ensure completion of empanelment and renewal agreements with own client base
o Comply with company policies and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in white collar contract staffing, IT staffing preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ownership mindset
Strong orientation towards client centricity
