HR & Accounts Specialist
Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
Reporting to: Admin & Account Specialist
Key Responsibilities

Internal hiring
Onboarding and induction of new joinees
Time & Attendance for all employees
Payroll processing (on excel)
Office Administration - stationary, infrastructure, maintenance, statutory compliance, couriers
MIS data collection, collation & presentation on a monthly basis
Invoice generation and payment follow-ups
Tracking of office expenses

Key Competencies / Experience

Experience in office administration
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Strong experience in MS Excel
Strong process orientation
