Job Description

Job Responsibility:

 Building and managing a scaled 3rd party distribution network in the city.

 Tie-up with DSA's, retail broker and other retail distribution channels and managing such relationships.

 Creating a strong & and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.

 Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.

Ensure implementation of promotional plans & apply contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.


Required Candidate profile

- Candidate should have experience in acquisition of new distributors/partners

- Candidate shall be Selling OPD benefit products driven by an planned push in the market through various sales channels.
